We are a family owned and operated company. Our grandparents built the first mobile home park in Coalville Utah in the early eighties, then purchased the second park in Coalville shortly after. A decade later in the mid-nineties the next generation purchased a park in Evanston WY. The property at that time was known as "South and Jones", And so began a dynasty of sorts.
The park in Evanston was renamed "North Park Village". It was comprised of roughly 20 ran down trailers on dirt lots and some gravel roads. With hard work and diligence North Park Village became what it is today, a well manicured community of 100 lots currently with 97% occupancy. The addition of Willow Park in 2012 brought another 117 lots into our operation.
