Proof of Home owners insurance is required to be in each resident file. An additional fee of $100.00 a month will be assessed if there is no Insurance policy on file, or if the policy should lapse or expire
Freezing temps pose a threat to your water lines, as frozen lines may burst or crack, causing expensive damages. Please take every precaution to avoid this!
IF YOU FREEZE UP YOU MUST NOTIFY THE OFFICE IMMEDIATELY SO THAT MAINTENANCE TECHNICIANS CAN COME CHECK OUR METER. RESIDENTS WILL BE HELP RESPONSIBLE FOR REPLACING OUR METER SHOULD IT BECOME DAMAGED DUE TO NEGLIGENCE.

NOTICES OF THE INCREASE WAS SENT OUT TO EVERY ONE VIA EMAIL OR USPS IF NO EMAIL ADDRESS IS ON FILE.
